Utilizing the talents of Dooley brothers Gregory Opalinski, Dick Bauerle and Frank Pusateri, Paul Swisher completed his Master’s Degree in Science Education at SUNY Buffalo State College with a collection of songs he wrote about the history of atomic weapons and their impact on our planet. Overseen by physicist / science historian Dr. Francis Lestingi, Paul also employed two of his high school students, Rob Falgiano and Karen Kolek in the production of his album. The project was completed in 1990 and Paul re-visited his work in 2022, creating videos for each song. Lyrics and key vocabulary are included below. Paul retired from teaching science at North Tonawanda High School in 2016 and is currently serving as vice-president of the Buffalo Niagara Nikola Tesla Council. He is also an educational author, motivational speaker and singer-songwriter with The Dooleys and Major Progress Program (MPP). Paul currently resides in Lewiston, NY with his wife, Candy.
